Take the train when its door-to-door time is at most 20 minutes slower than driving. That includes the drive to the station, 8 minutes to park and reach the platform, the wait, and the ride. A call within 5 minutes of that cutoff is marked close. Stations without parking are left out. After a recommendation is up, traffic is checked every minute.
